“¡…La ley pervertida! ¡Y los poderes del estado para guardar el orden pervertidos junto con ella! ¡La ley, digo yo, no sólo ha cambiado de rumbo desviándose de su propósito correcto, sino que además ha tomado un rumbo enteramente contrario a su propósito! ¡La ley se convierte en el arma de todo tipo de avaricia! ¡En vez de controlar el crimen, la ley misma es culpable de cometer las maldades que se supone que ella castigue!
